The Medical Staff Bank is a talented pool of ‘bank doctors’ who support us by working flexible hours on a temporary basis, supporting the Trust to provide safe and high-quality services to our patients.

Working via the Medical Staff Bank is a great way to achieve more flexible shift patterns and a better work-life balance, and where you can gain valuable experience.

The Medic locum bank is run by the Trust, with the technology being provided by Patchwork.

Once signed into the app, you can apply to join our Organisation:

1. Tap, join an organisation and select the Buckinghamshire NHS Trust from the selection.
2. View the Staff Bank Agreement Form, then sign in the space below to agree to the terms outlined.
3. The Temporary staffing team will receive the request and contact you to advise further.
